Granulawn is a Rain Bird Select Contractor and provides the highest level of care and attention for all your sprinkler system needs. Our specialist will create a water efficient and reliable system that will insure complete coverage to your turf and landscaping. Your irrigation needs will be coordinated from start to finish by our professionals. Emphasis is on quality and personalized customer service from the initial consultation to the finished product. Irrigation Service & Repairs
Granulawn services all types of irrigation systems for both residential and commercial customers. We offer a Basic Maintenance Package, Mid-Season Check, Maintenance Checks and repairs.
Basic Maintenance Package
A
Basic maintenance Package includes:
Spring Activation
(April - May)
- Water is turned on
- Controller reset
- All sprinkler heads are visually inspected for adjustments and coverage
When a spring activation is scheduled, we will need someone to be home so we may access the controller to set it and the inside plumbing to turn the water on to the system.
Winterization (October - November)
- Removal of existing water from lines with an air compressor
- All valves are turned off
- Proper shutdown of controller to help prevent damage during the winter
Mid-Season Check
During a Mid-Season Check we will visually inspect all sprinkler heads for coverage, reset controller to water turf and / or landscape. A dual program controller will be adjusted to handle both the regular watering and afternoon cool downs (June, July, August).
Maintenance Checks
Keep your system is operating efficiently all season long. Monthly, bi-monthly and weekly checks are available. Call our office for pricing information.
Repairs
Granulawn services all makes of sprinkler systems. Labor rates for repairs are billable per hour (after the first hour, the labor rate is prorated to the closest 1/2 hour).
